Free Dental Camp was organised by Kathmandu Dental Home on behalf of 2555 Buddha Jayanti (Gautam Buddha Birth Anniversary) at Gunakar Mahabihar (Chhusya Bahal) Jyatha, KTM, Nepal on May 17th, 2011. About 50 patients treated with 10 extraction and minor oral surgery under local anesthetics were carried out. About 4 dentists have participated in this dental camp. Free dental camp was organized jointly by Dhoka Baha Khala and Kathmandu Dental Home at Dhoka Bahal, Kathmandu Nepal on April 10th, 2011 (Chaitra 28, 2067 BS) on the mark of Nepal New Year 2067 BS. About six dentist participated in dental camp and about 25 young energetic volunteers from Dhoka Baha Khala participated in the dental camp. Numerous local patients benefited from the dental camp.     Dental camp was conducted at Gunakar Mahabihar (Chhusyabahal) Kathmandu on the occasion 2549 Birth of Siddhartha Gautam (Gautam Buddha). About 350 patients were dental check up done, among which about 100 extraction done, some minor dental surgery, 10 oral prophylaxis and some medical checkups were carried out. About 11 dentist, 1 medical officer, 2 dental hygienist, and 10 volunteers supported in this program. Some cases of dental treatment for disable children carried out with the help of Leo Club of Mahankal. Continuing Dental Education was conducted on Hotel Nepa with sponsored from G.D. Pharmaceuticals on Jan 20th, 2007. Organizing chairman of the program was Dr. Manik Ratna Bajracharya was held from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Dr. Situ Lal Shrestha presented lecture on "CBS Appliance for Distalizing Maxillary Molars". Dr. Situ had completed MDS and PhD in Orthodontics from TVER State Medical Academy, Russia. Dr. Madu Shrestha presented "Case Report on Rehabilitation of an Acquired Palatal Defect." About 22 dentist participated in this program.

Conducted dental camp with Bikalpa Swastha of Kritipur. About 200 patients participated in the camp. About 10 dentist and 12 volunteers participated in the camp.      This dental camp and rally was conducted on mark of beginning of new millennium at Nagarkot. This dental home gave technical and financial support to dental camp and oral health awareness rally organized by Federation Dentaire Internationale and Govt. of Nepal. Then Honorable Health Minister Dr. Ram Baran Yadav was chief guest of the program. About 15 dentist and 20 volunteers participated in the dental camp. About 450 patients were treated in this camp.

This organization gave technical support to FDI NOHS Continuing Dental Education on year 1997 at Hotel Yak and Yeti, Kathmandu. It was organized by FDI and Nepal Oral Health Society. Then Honorable Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand was a chief guest of the program. Local dentist and foreigners participated in this program. Different topics related to dentistry were presented. Assoc. Prof. Ho Kae Hai, Dr. Raj K Rayan, Dr. Umberto Bar, Dr. Praveen Mishra and Dr. Prashanta Shrestha presented lectures on the session Supports to Dental Camp and Other Dental Programs held in Nepal This dental home also gave technical, financial support to many dental camps, oral health awarness rally, cycle rally and other programs held in Lumbini, Gorkha, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, etc.
